The Town of Prescot Valley will receive $2.1 million in federal appropriations funding, for their PFAS Treatment and Recharge Well Project.

The Town will use the funds to remove forever chemical compounds from wastewater before it returns to the aquifer; supporting recharge efforts, and protecting water quality.

The funding was approved as part of a recently-passed Interior and Environment Appropriations Bill package.
