Prescott Valley man charged with DUI after allegedly almost crashing into YCSO patrol vehicle

A Prescott Valley man faces a DUI charge after he reportedly almost crashed into a Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle on State Route 89-A Saturday night.


According to YCSO, the suspect was driving the wrong way just before midnight; and the deputy had to swerve to avoid being hit. He turned around and followed the suspect, and saw the man self-correct. The deputy then stopped the driver on Glassford Hill Road and arrested him.
