Yavapai County’s Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking taskforce arrested four people as part of a drug sales investigation in Camp Verde last Thursday.

According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, PANT detectives received information about a possible drug sale in the parking lot of a local business, and after conducting surveillance with Camp Verde Marshal’s Office deputies, they detained four people.

The suspects, from Camp Verde and Rimrock, reportedly had over 900 fentanyl pills between them and were arrested on narcotic possession charges. A 26-year-old man investigators identified as the main dealer was also charged with drug sales; and one of the other suspects faces an additional charge of felony Child Abuse and Endangerment, as she had a child with her at the time.
