A Georgia man faces life in prison, after being convicted in Yavapai County Superior Court of Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Molestation on Tuesday.

According to a YCSO investigation in September 2020, 59-year-old Dennis Carraher was friends with a Chino Valley family and moved in with them to help care for their children as both parents were working. After about a month, the mother noticed her children acting unusually, and one of them described an incident of sexual abuse.

A jury found Carraher guilty, and he will be sentenced on April 24.
