The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a Public Health Alert for two ready-to-eat charcuterie meat products that have been linked to a salmonella outbreak with dozens of known cases of illness.

Earlier this month, officials recalled Busseto Foods-brand Charcuterie Samplers, sold at Sam's Club stores in an 18-oz. twin-pack; and they have now also recalled 24-ounce twin-packs of Fratelli Beretta-brand Antipasto Gran Beretta, sold at Costco.

The affected products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase; and you can see complete details at fsis.usda.gov/recalls.
