Flagstaff PD Animal Control officer rescues puppy from culvert

An Animal Control officer goes underneath a sidewalk to rescue a puppy

A Flagstaff Police Department Animal Control officer and Aide rescued a frightened puppy that got stuck in a culvert below a Northern Arizona University sidewalk last week.


According to NAU PD, Officer Breslin went so far as to crawl completely into the culvert himself; and the dog was safely and happily removed.
