Coconino County completes sediment basin flood mitigation project in Museum Flood Area

Coconino County’s Flood Control District recently completed one of their post-wildfire flood mitigation projects in the Museum Flood Area in Flagstaff.
The Park Way Sediment Basins are designed to divert sediment from Spruce Avenue Wash, minimizing the amount of debris carried downstream during flood events.
