Catch-22 target Terry French captured in Prescott

February 7, 2024

A fifth target from Yavapai Silent Witness’ recent Catch-22 program has been captured.

Silent Witness Director Walt Miller says that 55-year-old Terry French was seen in the Yavapai Casino Tuesday, and Yavapai Prescott Tribal Police responded and arrested him without incident.

French was wanted for failure to appear in court, after reportedly threatening his roommates with a knife in April 2022.

Miller says Silent Witness is still following up on several more tips from the public involving other Catch-22 targets.
