The Day 8 target of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch-22 program is 32-year-old Joel Hughes.
Officials say Hughes was arrested on drug charges and for providing false information to law enforcement, after a traffic stop in March 2021. He was later placed on probation, which he has since violated. Hughes has prior addresses in Mayer and in Sun City California, and you can see his photo and description at yavapaisw.com.
