The Day 18 target of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch-22 program is 21-year-old Raymond Elijah Padilla.

Officials say Padilla has failed to comply with the conditions of his probation after convictions for Criminal Impersonation and Criminal Damage in April 2021, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft in May of the following year.
