The Arizona Game and Fish Department has begun the process to amend its Article 1 rules, in order to implement the recommendations made in their recent five-year report.

The review and amendment process aims to clarify the language of certain rules; protect health and safety; facilitate economic development; enable better customer service and reduce regulatory and administrative burdens.

The public can comment on the proposed changes through March 8th; and you can visit azgfd.gov/rulemaking to see documentation; and find instructions on how to comment.
