Six Yavapai College students recently earned All-Arizona Academic team honors from the state Board of Regents.

According to the college, the honorees were selected based on their academic success, leadership and community service; and each will receive a tuition waiver upon transferring to an Arizona university.

April Beltran and Caysha Francis are students at the Verde Valley Campus; Chasity Bryant and Collin Newberry attend in Prescott; and George Smith and Isaac Smith take classes at the college’s Career and Technical Education Center.You can see a release with more information about each of the honorees by visiting yc.edu/news.
