Price of overnight backcountry permits at Grand Canyon to increase April 1

Grand Canyon National Park reminds the public that the cost of overnight backcountry permits will increase, effective April 1. The base charge will still be $10, but the per-person or stock animal fee will increase from $12 to $15. The increase does not affect campground fees. For more information visit nps.gov/grca.
