January 25, 2024 UPDATE: Bishop-Wallace was arrested for burglary in Maricopa County

January 19, 2024

The Catch-22 program continues, with Day 5 target Kenneth Bishop-Wallace.

Officials say that in December 2022 DPS troopers tried to stop Bishop-Wallace for driving erratically, but he sped away and threw several items of drug paraphernalia out his window. He eventually stopped and tried to flee on foot, but was captured. Troopers found drugs and burglary tools in his possession, and discovered the vehicle had been stolen.

Bishop-Wallace was later released from jail and sentenced to probation last March, but failed to report to the Arizona Probation Department.
