The Chino Valley Unified School District and Police Department, along with the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, will conduct a test of their emergency response system after school on Thursday.

The Mutualink system allows school officials and staff to connect directly with first responders in emergency situations, improving communication and response times.

Thursday’s test will be run out of the District’s Board Room, beginning at 4:00pm; and may involve visible first responder activity on school campuses.
