The Chino Valley Police Department warns local business owners to beware of phone calls asking you to advertise on police t-shirts or cups.

The Department says the calls, from Promotional Specialties, claim that they are being made on behalf of the Police Department, but they are not authorized by CVPD. Officials ask recipients to get the caller’s name and phone number and report them to police.
