Catch-22 Day 12 target: Jason Crownover

January 26, 2024

The Day 12 target of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch-22 program is 43-year-old Jason Crownover.

Officials say that in February 2021, Crownover was found guilty of aggravated assault per domestic violence; and following his release from the Arizona Department of Corrections in June 2022, he was placed on probation, which he has violated. His last known address was in Goodyear, but he also used to live in Prescott.

Silent Witness is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to Crownover’s arrest; and you can see his photo and description at yavapaisw.com. If you know where he is now, you can leave an anonymous tip on the website, or by calling 1-800-932-3232.
