Yavapai College’s Small Business Development Center and the entrepreneur development program Moonshot will hold their annual business pitch event in Prescott on March 28.

The event is part of a statewide series, where participants prepare, practice and perfect a 5-minute presentation for a potential start-up, or an idea to expand an existing business. Participants receive coaching and mentorship from the SBDC’s certified business analysts during and after the event; and local winners will compete in a statewide competition with a $10,000 cash prize.

Local events will also take place in Flagstaff and Cottonwood in May; and for more information visit moonshotaz.com/moonshotpitchtour.
