March 27, 2024

The Sedona City Council approved the final draft of the 2024 Community Plan Tuesday, after more than two years of work and public outreach.

The Community Plan conveys the City’s vision, values and priorities; and although it is not regulatory, it does help guide the Council and Planning and Zoning Commission’s evaluation of future projects and programs.

Based on community input, this year’s update also identifies and addresses several key issues, including Traffic, Housing, Tourism, Recreation Management, and Short-term Rentals.

You can read the entire plan at plansedona.com.
